I attended your guest artist concert with the Gunn and Paly bands yesterday, and I must say, you blew me away. I wish I was able to meet you, though, but just watching you was a real pleasure. I just want you to know that you have just successfully converted a diehard metalhead guitarist to a hardcore jazz guitarist wannabe. I feel like I've been wasting my time on the guitar. Thanks so much for keeping me from wasting any more time. Well, that the end of my long comment, and back to trying to learn jazz (although nearly hopelessly...).

Mimi Fox plays with tremendous skill and fire. She really can do anything she wants on the guitar. From real soulful blues to hard swinging bebop lines, Mimi can do it all. Her lines are quite hype and incredible. She's also an incredible teacher and person (which is a real plus).

I hope I can one day play like Mimi.
