Steve Fever!
Have you ever thought about how many great rock 'n' roll guitarists are named Steve? There are so many it's almost absurd. Let's count 'em.
First of all there are the three great Steve H.'s of British prog: Steve Hackett, Steve Howe, and Steve Hillage. And in a pinch, you could throw Cockney Rebel's Steve Harley into that mix, too. And then the parade of Steves really begins: Vai, Lukather, Morse, Miller, Clark (Def Leppard), Rothery (Marillion), Khan ('70s studioman), Hunter (Lou Reed/Alice Cooper/Peter Gabriel), Burgh (Phoebe Snow), and yep, even ol' Stevie Ray Vaughan.
And then there's Steve Stevens. I mean, c'mon, let's get real--two Steves in a row. That's not fair! (Well, I guess it was sexier than his actual name: Steven Schneider).
So that's all the Steves we can come up with. Can you think of any more?
